Sessions are held twice a week for 3 months. Each session is 45 minutes, offering time for mindful emotional exploration and progress reviews. Beyond the 3rd month, I offer optional 15-minute check-ins, whenever needed, to help you sustain your growth and navigate new challenges as they arise.
