With over 35 years of practicing and studying mindfulness meditation
 and incorporating mindfulness into my daily life, I’ve developed a unique practice that focuses on emotional clarity. My background in guiding professionals and individuals through their personal growth journey, coupled with a deep understanding of mindfulness, allows me to help clients break through their deeply ingrained tendencies and habits.
I bring compassion, patience, and an unwavering commitment to every session, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their transformation.
